All prices displayed on our website are VAT-inclusive.
Payment
All orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
EFTs are accepted but MAY be subject to 7 day security waiting period, for both the Tribal Games protection and its clients.
Cheques and money orders will be accepted, only by arrangement, and then they are subject to a 10 day security waiting period for both the Tribal Games protection and its clients
Shipping
We currently do not deliver outside of S.A.
Expect delivery of your purchase between 5 – 20 working days, subject to shipping method and stock quantities.
When the shipping status of an order changes a notification will be sent out by email.
Returns
Items to be returned must be in original packaging.
Any refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
Any shipping costs will be paid by whoever is returning the item.
